Returns & Exchanges

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3–5 days of the delivery date and must be supported with clear picture evidence of the parcel's condition.
• The item being claimed must be unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice must be included for any exchange.
• Replacement items will only be processed for claims that are received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department, a replacement or coupon will be issued based on the successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the items are safely packed for return. Style n Stitch is not liable for any damage during return transit.
• Please note, requests for replacement due to change of mind, shade selection, or product preference will not be entertained.
• We do not offer cash refunds. A coupon will be provided for your next purchase instead.
• Items purchased via our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at physical retail locations, and vice versa.
